Veterans had the chance to get their hands dirty and craft artwork out of clay Wednesday.
Arts Quincy put on the free class. It’s their second session of the "Made in America" veterans art program.
Veterans said they appreciate the chance to be able to express themselves through art and they love getting to do so alongside other veterans.
"I’ve always loved art. I don’t normally have much opportunity to participate in art primarily because of the cost of classes. When I found out we had free classes here, I was all over it." said Navy Veteran Angel Smith.
The classes were made possible by a grant from the community foundation.
