Quincy Notre Dame Skill Position Players Ready For The Bright Lights

We are now less 72 hours away from the official start of the 2018 high school football season across the Tri-States.

For the Raiders of Quincy Notre Dame, that first contest means a three hour bus trip west to face the "Minutemen" of Lexington High in their season opener on Friday, August 24.

The Raiders skill position players are looking forward to their first big challenge of the new season. The unit as a whole are young with few upperclassman among their ranks. Case in point…the projected starting quarterback, Ike Wiley, is just a Sophomore.

To their credit, so far in fall camp, the wide receivers, running backs, and QB’s all seem to be showing they have the skill set, chemistry, and athletic talents to make a few big plays this season on the gridiron.

We’ll get a chance to find out how prepared they are on Friday night when QND takes on Lexington.
