Jury selection was scheduled to continue Tuesday for the Antonio Sanchez murder trial.
Defense Attorney Drew Schnack said that after an hour and a half delay in the proceedings, the announcement was made that Sanchez waived the right to a jury trial and will enter fully negotiated plea Wednesday morning.
Schnack stated that details of the plea deal wouldn’t be released until Wednesday.
Sanchez is charged with three counts of First Degree Murder and one count of Aggravated Battery with a Weapon in the shooting death of Maddie Finch on New Year’s Day.
