Two Quincy residents arrested for possession of meth with intent to deliver

Adams County Sheriff Brian VonderHaar has reported the arrest of two Quincy residents for possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.

VonderHaar stated on Thursday the Adams County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a residence on the 300 block of Cherry in Quincy.

Officers found and seized suspected methamphetamine, suspected heroin and US currency.

VonderHaar stated residents Jayson Mallady, 39  and Melinda Cox, 39 were arrested and lodged in the Adams County Jail for Possession of Meth With Intent to Deliver and for Possession of Heroin.

They are being held without bond until their court appearance.
