6 Tri-State Student-Athletes Sign National Letters Of Intent At Quincy And Knox County High On Thursday

In Quincy on Thursday afternoon, a grand total of five soccer players from QHS signed National Letters of Intent with various colleges from across the nation.

Two-sport standout Jaeden Smith was all smiles as he signed on to join the ranks of the Maryville soccer program.

Smith was a goal scoring machine with the Blue Devils during his career on the pitch.

QHS teammates Grant Higgins and Robby Phillips signed on to join the ranks of the Quincy University soccer team next season.

Blake Johnson signed his National Letter of Intent with the Blazers of John Wood while Nolan Nuttleman is headed to Missouri Baptist to continue his soccer career.

Meanwhile, across the Mississippi at Knox County High, one of the Eagles top student-athletes also signed a National Letter of Intent today with a growing local collegiate program.

Multi-sport standout Sidney Miller signed with John Wood Community College to join the ranks of the Blazers basketball program.

She signed just after 9:00 am on the Edina, Missouri campus.

Miller has been a stellar athlete in track and field, softball, and of course basketball during her prep career.
