Snow showers are expected today across parts of the Tri-States, especially the southern counties.
The snow is not expected to be heavy and only minor accumulations of less than one inch are expected. However, due to temps being near freezing in some spots, a few slick areas on roads are possible for your Thursday commute.
Colder temps are expected today and tonight as a cold front pushes through the region. Look for highs in the low 30s and lows in the mid teens tonight.
On Friday, we clear things out with some sunshine expected.
Partly cloudy skies take us through the weekend with temps climbing into the mid 30s by Sunday.
Lower 40s possible early next week with a few rain chances possible by mid next week.
