The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services is forming rules for the state’s new medical marijuana program.
In November 2018, Missouri voters passed an amendment to legalize medical marijuana.
DHSS started to accept pre-filed license application fees for medical marijuana facilities Jan. 7. According to a press release, officials have accepted more than 250 forms for the program so far this week.
