Rain chances and gusty winds are on the way to the Tri-States

It certainly was a lovely afternoon out there with lots of sun and temperatures in the 40s and even some 50s in the south Tri-States.

Tonight, skies will start out clear and then increasing clouds will roll in with a low in the low 30s.

Some more active weather arrives on Tuesday with cloudy skies and chances for rain showers by afternoon.

Highs will be in the low 50s in spots.  More rain chances are expected on Tuesday night.

By Wednesday, a low pressure system starts to approach the region with  shower and thunderstorm chances.

Winds will be gusty and temperatures mild with highs  rising into the 60s so it will be a very spring-like day for sure!

Windy times and rain chances will continue into Thursday.

Coming-up on WGEM News at Ten I’ll have the latest data and a check of the forecast for this coming St. Patrick’s Day weekend too.

See you then!
