Budweiser Clydesdales help celebrate Hannibal bicentennial

Despite the rain chances, hundreds lined the streets in Hannibal Saturday morning to get a glimpse at the Budweiser Clydesdales in a bicentennial parade.

They made the trip north to be apart of the celebration. People got a chance to get a look at the world-famous Clydesdales and many say it was worth coming out to see them.

“The best part I always love seeing the Bleigh truck, the Clydesdales oh they’re so beautiful! It’s way exciting I’m glad they got to come,” said parade goer Stacy Roach.

Anheuser-Busch said the Clydesdales make hundreds of appearances around the nation every year, other local organizations also took part in the parade.
