It’s fair season with several fairs underway this week including the one in Lewis County, Missouri.

Thursday kicked off with the poultry show, with dozens of kids coming out to show chickens and ducks. Thursday night, they’re having the first-ever night of destruction at 7 p.m., and the carnival will be open too.

Everything but the carnival and food is free with admission.

“Just come out and have a good time at the Lewis County fair, we enjoy putting on a show, and we try to have something for everyone who comes out,” said

The sheep and swine show are Friday, and Saturday are the cows. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for kids Thursday night.
