Pleasant weather to continue on Thursday in the Tri-States

Some areas in the west and southwest WGEM viewing areas picked-up some steady rain Wednesday evening for a time!

The WGEM StormTrak Doppler radar estimated 1/2 inch of rainfall in total in central Shelby County, Missouri from the disturbance that rolled through that area during the course of the evening.

As any rain chances are generally over, clouds will eventually begin to decrease overnight.  Lows will be in the lower 60s and upper 50s by Thursday morning.

Pleasant weather is in the picture for the WGEM viewing area on Thursday with sun and clouds in the skies and highs in the lower 80s.

More of the same is in the forecast for Friday: partly sunny skies and temperatures in the lower 80s Friday afternoon.
