Gun club makes donation to Great River Honor Flight

CARTHAGE, IL (WGEM) — The Hancock County Gun Club held a Trap and Buffalo Shoot at their facilities near

Carthage, Illinois, on Sunday to help raise funds for the Great River Honor Flight.

The 425 members of the club along with President Clay Hinderliter (Retired Colonel) and Steve Moore, Trap Shoot Officer took part in the event and were able to raise $942 to go towards the Great River Honor Flight.

The object of the shoot was to knock down animal figures at a range of 200 yards.
