Palmyra man killed in Marion Co. crash

PALMYRA, Mo. – A Palmyra resident died in a Marion County car crash early Saturday morning.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, 22-year-old Brandon Gramc was driving east on Highway 168 around 6:05 a.m. when his 1999 BMW went off the road and hit a utility pole.

The report said Marion County Ambulance took him to Hannibal Regional Hospital where doctors pronounced him dead around 7:53 a.m..

It’s not clear whether he was using a safety device at the time of the crash.

Next of kin has been notified.
