Really comfortable weather set to continue in the Tri-States

What a day!

Surface high pressure remains in full control of the weather in the Tri-States.

Refreshing conditions today with lots of sun and some clouds too at times were very enjoyable. Temperatures stayed in the cooler 70s this afternoon.

This evening will continue to be dry and quiet with generally clear skies expected overnight.

There could well be some areas of patchy river fog developing later as the cooler air interacts with the warmer river water temperatures.

Low temperatures will be in the middle 50s by Thursday morning.  Any patchy fog burns away early in the morning.

Sunny skies and more pleasant weather is on the way for Thursday with temperatures expected to top out near 80 degrees.

Warmer middle 80s return for Friday with mostly sunny skies.

Lots of sun and upper 70s are in the forecast for Saturday as the weekend starts off on a very nice note.

Rain chances with some thunderstorms return to the Tri-States by Saturday night into Sunday so the umbrellas likely will be needed as we wind down the upcoming weekend.
