A Hannibal woman is hiding pumpkins all around downtown this weekend.
Lisa Marie Richardson said its the third year she’s hand-painted the styrofoam pumpkins with a number of designs.
She says this year she painted 200 for the Hannibal Bicentennial.
Three of the pumpkins are decorated in red and white and blue and say bicentennial on them.
“I have three bicentennial ones. The finder of those will have to message me online and then they will get a Christmas ornament painted with whatever they want on it,” said Richardson.
She plans to hide 100 on Saturday and another 100 on Sunday in the downtown area where the Folklife Festival is set to take place.
