QUINCY, IL (WGEM) — This weekend will be the last chance for you and your family to enjoy a few activities offered at a local park.
Quincy Park District officials said their activities at Moorman Park are wrapping up for the season now that it’s starting to turn colder. However, their multi-purpose courts will remain open and you can still take walks in the park.
“Our paddle boat rentals, kayaks, the batting cage itself, and for mini golf this will be the last weekend for people to get a chance to do that,” said Tyler Laing, Quincy Park District Recreation Program Director.
Park officials estimate parks will close to vehicular traffic in a few week.
