Quincy police investigate reported home invasion

Quincy police are investigating an alleged home invasion in the 1000 block of Adams Street.

Officers were called to the scene just after 1 a.m. on Friday morning.

Police say a man told officers two men, wearing masks, entered his home and hit him on the head with a firearm before leaving.

Police said nothing was reported stolen, but an investigation is ongoing.
