Scattered showers for the first half of the day as the front passes over the Tri-States. Highs will reach into the mid-to-upper 40s before the front passes in the afternoon, then fall the rest of the day. Winds out of the south in the morning will become northwesterly behind the front and gust up to 30 mph. Wind chills will be in the teens and single digits tomorrow evening and Tuesday morning. While Tuesday and Wednesday will be filled with sunshine, highs will be in the 30s with wind chills in the teens and 20s. Temperatures will return to the 40s the wrap up the week.
