The Quincy Park District is asking for your input about what to do with one of its parks.

The park district wants input on Lincoln Park. It has a playground and pavilion, but officials said it needs more than that.

Matt Higley with the Quincy Park District said they're holding a public open house on Tuesday, January 28.

He said the purpose is to hear what the public wants to see done with the park and answer any questions they may have.

"The master plan, we've got some ideas down," Higley said. "We're looking for some public input if there's anything else they would like to see in the master plan and we will take that into consideration."

Higley said they plan to go over the current site master plan and update it to fit everyone in the community's needs.

The meeting will be from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Quincy Park District office.

Park District officials said plans for the proposed project will be on display for the public to see.

If you aren't able to make it to the open house, you can send any ideas you have to the park district office.
