(WGEM) — A local restaurant owner facing a murder in the 1st degree charge in Cole County, Missouri stemming from a 1991 murder pleaded not guilty in court Wednesday.
Quincy Golden Corral Owner Chris Niemet, 43 of Fulton, Missouri, appeared via video with his attorneys present in a Cole County courtroom for formal arraignment.
According to court documents, a formal arraignment was waived by Niemet and a plea of not guilty was entered.
