There are concerns about children violating the Stay at Home order on a playground owned by a Quincy daycare.

Little Angel's Child Care and Preschool owner Carl Douglas II said children, not enrolled in the daycare, are playing on the center's playground.

He said on Tuesday, about eight children were on the playground, before he told them to go home.

He said not only is it private property, but it puts their employees and kids in danger, amid the COVID-19 outbreak.

"We want you to come, if you're coming to our center," Douglas said. "We just don't want you to come on your own private time because it's not safe for our other children coming in and our paying families that are paying to come here and have a safe environment for the children."

Douglas said they do sanitize the playground equipment.

He also said they have notified the Quincy Police Department about the issue.
