The IHSA's modifications to Phase 4 of their "Return-To-Play" Guidelines now allows student-athletes to practice outside without wearing a mask, but they still must follow proper social distancing guidelines. The new rules has Athletic Directors trying to figure out what plan of action is best suited for their programs at this hour after being notified by IHSA officials via e-mail this morning.
