Happy Tuesday! Today a high-pressure system is positioned over the Tri-States. Under a high-pressure system air sinks, which leads to much clearer skies. We will have plenty of sunshine today which will help temperatures warm up to the mid to upper 80s. There will be considerably less humidity compared to the past several days. The majority of the evening hours will be spent in the mid-70s before falling to the early morning low near 67.

In the next few days, we will be watching a storm system approaching from the southwest. Rain and storm chances will increase Wednesday afternoon/evening and throughout the day on Thursday. By Friday, a high-pressure system moving in from the NW will help shove the storm system farther south, however, it may still clip the southern Tri-State counties.

The second half of the week and into the week temperatures will be unseasonably cool. Expecting the weekend to mainly be dry with a lot of sunshine.
