Cooler Weather On Tap With Some Precipitation on Sunday

Remaining Ad Time Ad - 00:00

Occasional showers should start to give way to partly sunny skies across the region for the remainder of your Saturday, although the northern 2/3 of the Tri-States has seen partly to mostly sunny skies since late morning.

Cooler temps are on tap tonight while dry weather will remain the rule in the interim, although precipitation chances will be on the uptick Sunday as a disturbance associated with a mid-level wave pivots across the region. This will impact our weather for the work week, ushering in fall-like temps through the extended period.

Join us tonight at 10 PM where I will discuss how much rain the Tri-states is likely to receive and when you can expect the greatest chances for precipitation to arrive, along with a look at the short-term and medium-range extended forecast where I will share progged cooler than normal temperature forecasts through the end of the work week, with expected highs for each day and we'll also look at whether or not the Tri-States can expect to see any precipitation from Hurricane Isaias (ees-ah-EE-ahs).
