QUINCY (WGEM) - Quincy Police said Saturday morning they arrested overnight Deyton Fisher, 22, of Mexico, Missouri, on charges of 2nd degree murder, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon and burglary.

Police said they made the arrest around 1 a.m. at an apartment in the 200 block of North 10th Street. Fisher was then booked in the Adams County Jail about an hour later.

According to Columbia NBC affiliate KOMU-TV, Fisher was one of three individuals wanted in connection to a deadly home invasion on June 27th in Audrain County, Missouri.

Mexico Police said Chance Davis, 25, was killed that morning inside his home in the 800 block of West Street in Mexico, Missouri.

Police had been alerted that Fisher, Timothy Midgyett, 25, and Sadiq Moore, 23, were believed to be the Quincy area. Fisher was the only one found in Quincy overnight.

KOMU-TV reported that on July 15, the Pike County, Illinois, Sheriff's Office stopped Midgyett in a vehicle, but while officials were trying to determine who his passenger was, Midgyett drove off.
