Pleasing temps, for now

The weekend forecast on the next newscast

Dry weather is expected Thursday with below normal temperatures as high pressure moves across the Midwest. The next chance of rain will be Friday into Sunday as a warm front moves just north of us. The dry conditions we have right now, will not only be for tonight but for the rest of the workweek. A stationary front will be meandering to our south over the next couple of days that should spark some showers that stay just outside of our area. Heading into the weekend a warm front will develop and slide just to our north. The warm front will be close enough that it should bring some rain to the area. Temperatures will be slowly warming, becoming near normal over the weekend.
The weekend warm up is still in the cards but will it be sticky and warm or warm but comfortable with low relative humidity. Find out on the next newscast.
