Quincy Blue Devils Football Team Close Out Summer Workouts On The Field At Flinn On Thursday

After weeks of workout sessions and conditioning drills on the turf at Flinn Memorial Stadium, members of the Quincy High football team had their "last dance" on the gridiron Thursday morning. With the IHSA mandating that boys soccer, girls volleyball, and football all move from the Fall to the Spring this year, due to COVID-19 health and safety concerns, QHS now will be limited to only having workout sessions in the weight room.

QHS incoming freshman Owen Uppinghouse, who hopes to play a left guard this season, offered some personal insight regarding the situation the Blue Devils now face. in the prep ranks.
