Friday will be a mostly sunny day as a high pressure sits across the Great Lakes. We may have a few afternoon clouds though, especially for the northern tier. The morning looked hazy again due to smoke overhead from the wildfires out west, but we will see a break in the smoke Friday afternoon and evening. We'll have winds out of the northeast which will help to keep us cool. Highs will be in the mid to upper 60s. Then for Friday night, we'll be downright cool with lows in the low to mid 40s. These nighttime lows are more typically of October lows.
Unseasonably cool temperatures and dry conditions will continue into the weekend. Saturday will end up being very similar to Friday. We'll have mostly sunny skies with highs in the mid to upper 60s.
On Sunday, the high pressure system will still be influencing our weather giving us sunshine. We will begin to see the return of southeasterly winds which means temperatures will gradually be warming into the new week.
