Work is about to begin on a storm drain damaged in Hannibal last Summer, and some residents are saying they still aren't clear on the logistics of the repair.
Residents said a section of roadway on Martin Street has been blocked off after damage to the road due to a storm sewer failure for quite some time now.
They said while they know work is slated to begin at the start of October, they're still waiting on information about what they'll need to do during the repair.
"Where are we going to park and how far as we going to walk so that way we can go to work, get the kids to school, go to the grocery store," said Martin Street Resident Brandon Threlkeld, "how far are we going to have to tote our two year olds."
After the road was closed last year, city council members said it could take until Spring of this year for funding to be secured to make the needed repairs.
