Temperatures have plummeted after the passage of a cold front Sunday morning with most of the Tri-State area seeing temperatures over 20 degrees cooler than they were on Saturday. Some places even approached a 30 degree difference.
This cooler air hangs around Monday to start the work week with temps staying in the 40's. After the chilly start, a warming trend begins with temps getting into the 50's and 60's Tuesday and Wednesday. Temperatures will peak on Thursday before another cold front brings us back down to average on Friday.
Rain chances also return to the forecast, with scattered showers possible just about every day this week.
