Coming in behind the snow that fell on Wednesday, cold north winds will bring wind chill temperatures down to around zero by Thursday morning. Road salt usually does not work well when temps drop into the single digits, it is likely roads will refreeze Thursday morning. Another potent storm will affect The Tri-States this weekend, producing rain, possibly heavy in some areas, we may also see a wintry mix, depending on the exact track of the storm. Otherwise, a couple of fair weather days can be expected Thursday and Friday. After Thursday morning, temperatures will be fairly typical if not slightly warmer than normal for late January.
