Lawyers: Restaurant owner used shoe camera to film employees

FRANKFORT, Ill. (AP) — Attorneys representing eight former female employees of a suburban Chicago restaurant owner allege that the owner may have used a camera in his shoe to make nearly 2,000 videos. The attorney who made the allegations this week filed a lawsuit on behalf of eight women and girls who once worked for Michael Papandrea of Frankfort. The lawsuit comes several months after Papandrea was charged with felony and misdemeanor counts of taking video under or through the clothing of young women and girls. Papandrea could not be reached for comment.
