Very warm temps will continue for most of the next seven days. There will be a blip of one day that is cooler than the rest. Tuesday could reach the low 80's. Wednesday expect showers and possibly some thunderstorms. A cold front will bring widespread rain and isolated storms to the Tri-State region. There is still uncertainty on how strong storms will be Wednesday afternoon and evening, but if storms do become strong, they will be capable of isolated damaging wind gusts. We will explain how this potential will unfold on the next newscast.
