As we go through our Tuesday, we'll enjoy more sunshine. Wind will be out of the west/northwest and just a little breezy. We could have gusts of 22 mph. Later in the evening/early night, we'll have some patchy high-level clouds move into the area. It will turn out to be another seasonable day. Daytime highs, depending on where you live in the Tri-States, will be in the upper 50s to low 60s. Colder temperatures are expected Tuesday night, in the mid to upper 30s. There may be some patchy frost across the area where there will be a mostly clear skies. So if you already have planted, be sure to cover them with bedsheets. Or if you can, if they are in pots, bring them inside.
We'll get to enjoy more sunshine for our Wednesday, but some increased clouds are expected for some later in the day. It will be cooler, with winds out of the northwest gusting up to 25 mph. Highs are expected to be in the low to mid 50s. Into Wednesday night, lows will again be in the mid to upper 30s so patchy frost will be possible again.
