Normal high temperatures for this time of year are right around 86 degrees, we have been slightly cooler than that for the past few days. But nothing to exceptionally cool. We are tracking a warming trend moving into the Tri-States through the rest of the week. Look for above normal temperatures by midweek and the temps will continue to rise into the weekend. Combined with the humid conditions, max afternoon heat index values of 95 degrees to near 100 degrees are expected later this week. While the last two weeks were wetter than normal we are trending on the dry side for the week.
