Summer like warmth continued across the Tri-States Saturday with several locations seeing the thermostat hit the 90 degree mark. These temperatures are anywhere from 5-10 degrees above average.
As Southern flow continues ahead of a low pressure system, warm weather will remain across the Midwest for at least the next couple of days. This means that high temps will once again climb into the mid to upper 80's on Sunday and Monday. Clouds will begin to increase ahead of the system, but most will stay dry.
The heat does have an end in sight though. For more details, tune in to WGEM News Sunday night at 10.
