After a gloomy, rainy start to the day the clouds are breaking apart and clearing out. So for the rest of the day, we'll get to enjoy some sunshine. Daytime highs will be closer to where they should be for this time of year, in the upper 60s with few locations possibly hitting 70. Overnight, clouds will start to move back into the Tri-States. After about midnight/1 AM, some isolated showers will be possible. Then, the rain will continue to blossom, becoming more widespread. This will lead to another rainy morning commute on Friday. The rain showers will continue into the afternoon, before gradually coming to an end by late afternoon/evening. Daytime highs on Friday will be much cooler, in the upper 50s. If you're heading to any football games Friday night, be sure to dress warm!
